How the session works

Phantom Office Live is a hands-on workshop. The next session is in person on Saturday, October 31, 2026, in Frisco. I share the exact venue after you sign up. Doors open at 9:30 AM for check-in and setup, and the workshop runs 10 AM to 2 PM. The build block is where I set up your staff with you on Grok Bot, on your own accounts, step by step.

Order matters:

1. Set up Chief of Staff and the file home first.
2. Bring the other five roles online, each pointed at its own folder.
3. Give each role a first real job on a real account.
4. Approve and go live.

By the end of the session, each role should have a live channel, a written brief, a first real task running, and the approval gate on. That is the live-by-end-of-day standard. Not a promise that every lead closes. A promise that the office is staffed when you leave.
